When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Q: SOME DAY I WISH TO BE HIGH ON THE FOOD CHAIN OF PHOTOGRAPHERS LIKE YOU. I WANT TO ROLL WITH THE BIG DOGS AND DO SOMETHING AWESOME THAT THE PHOTOGRAPHIC COMMUNITY CAN GET BEHIND. THE BIGGEST ISSUE I AM HAVING RIGHT NOW IS GETTING CONNECTED IN THE RIGHT WAYS. I SPEND A LOT TIME THINKING (MORE THAN I SHOULD) ON HOW TO FIND THE HELP WITH THE SUPPORT I NEED TO KEEP GOING. ANY ADVICE ON BUILDING A FOLLOWING?
A: Yes!!! Do not try to build a following!!!
Don’t actively try to be a “big dog.” Don’t actively try to create buzz about yourself in the industry of your peers. We can all see that from 14 miles away and would rather just steer clear of you.
