I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Q: WHEN SHOOTING IN ATLANTA, WHAT PREVENTS “THE DRUG BOYS” FROM KICKING YOUR ASS AND JACKING YOUR CAMERA? I KNOW YOU SAY YOU NEED SOME STREET SMARTS TO NAVIGATE “DICEY” NEIGHBORHOODS, BUT COULD YOU ELABORATE ON YOUR APPROACH?
A: Let me first define “drug boy” so there isn’t any confusion. “Drug boy” is a common street term for young men who hang out on street corners in my city of Atlanta. They aren’t necessarily selling drugs but each street term comes from some sort of known fact. Basically what we’re talking about here is hanging out on street corners that aren’t going to be named as the safest places to raise a family by Martha Stewart. Know what I mean?
