So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In the Introduction, I promised to show you that effective presentations share the same essential elements required in many other forms of communication, and that all these elements traverse time and place to make them universal:
• Telling a clear, logical story
• Designing simple, effective graphics
