About the Authors

Dr. Ashish Verma is a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and currently serving as Assistant Profes-

sor of Transportation Engineering at the Department of Civil Engineer and the Center for

Infrastructure, Sustainable Transportation, and Urban Planning (CiSTUP) at the Indian

Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India. Before joining IISc Bangalore, he served in IIT

Guwahati and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). His
