It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Critical Role of Dilemma Reconciliation

ALTHOUGH MUCH has been written and hypothesized about leadership competencies and styles, the advent of leadership in the digital age has further complicated the issue. In this chapter, we propose a model of reconciliation based on seven golden “dilemmas” that digital leaders face. The approaches to these dilemmas are culturally defined. The premise is that, by thinking and acting to reconcile these issues, leaders are better able to work digitally and cross-culturally.
