So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Right focus? Check. Right environment? Check. Right team?
If everyone is engaged and performing up to expectations, then yes. If not, then you’ve got work to do. Without the right focus and right environment, you wouldn’t have known if you had the right team. A lack of focus or a misaligned environment could have undermined their efforts. But now, with the right focus and right environment, if you have the right team, then everyone wins. If you don’t have the right team . . . you’ll know it.
