Build a Storyboard

One of the finest tools for playing with the structure and design of the presentation is now available with the storyboard function of your graphics software package. The virtue of the tool is that it minimizes our tendency to get so wrapped up in the intricacies of a single chart that we fail to relate the visual to the total story. A storyboard lets us map out the flow of the presentation, relating each chart to the next until the sequence of ideas presented leads the audience to take the action we recommend.
