A Sketch of the Process

My focus in all of this is largely on design, but it is not my intention to present you with a deep treatise on some idealized design process. Frankly, I would doubt the value of such a thing, even if I thought one could be written. However, that doesn’t mean that there is nothing to talk about. There are some general comments and concepts that I do think warrant discussion. Think of them, and the way in which I approach them, as analogous to a sketch. There is no pretense here to provide a final rendering of the design process.
