Build Character
How important is character? Character can be a catchall word that describes your traits and behaviors. It may also carry a judgmental decision, as in “you have character” alludes to a belief that you are honorable, credible, reliable, and honest. Your character is important because it creates your reputation and how people deal with you. Good character helps you gain respect, build relationships, and get the job that you want.
