Communicate Clearly

Your communication, the one skill you can’t ignore, is the transmission of a message from a sender to a receiver. As figure 2 shows, the sender uses a medium to send the message, which goes through the sender’s and the receiver’s filters before the receiver decodes the message. The receiver’s interpretation of the message becomes part of the feedback to the sender. Many places exist for problems to occur, including these examples.
