Your Self-control is your ability to govern your physical, emotional, and psychological actions and desires. Self-control can be improved with practice. The ability for self-control is located in the prefrontal cortex of your brain. It is the planning, decision-making, and problem-solving part of the brain that allows you to evaluate alternatives and avoid doing things you might later regret.
