Parts Seikou is a manufacturer of precision metal products, and its strategy is prompt delivery of customer orders by flexibly changing production layout for every order. All machines managers employ throughout their plants are “universal” types, and with skillful use of their jigs and tools, they can design a special layout to produce the requested products. For this reason, they are quite competitive in terms of speed, delivery, and price.
The company’s headquarters and the main plant are located in Misato, Saitama Prefecture, in Japan, and its other plants are located in several cities in Japan, the Philippines, and China. The total number of employees in the three countries is 1,060.
