So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A Person trapped in intense fear is like a hamster trapped on a wheel. The person’s thoughts keep spinning round and round, and as they spin, they get more and more out of control.
Here’s what the soundtrack inside a fearful person’s head is saying:
