Backup Slides
Since you can never be sure how an initial presentation may go, it is important to prepare backup slides that support the 12 Magic Slides. Before we discuss typical backup slides, let me offer a few words of caution:
- Don’t forget that the primary goal of a first meeting is to get a second meeting. Before offering backup slides to answer questions, try to leverage investor interest in obtaining more data by first asking if they would be interested in a follow-up meeting.
