The idea of having a vision and not sharing it with employees and others in the organization is fruitless. For vision to take hold, the leader must share it often and do so passionately. This exercise will assess whether or not participants have shared their vision with people within the organization. If they have shared their vision, your job as the coach is to reinforce the need to share the vision continually. If the participants have not shared their vision frequently or with many levels in the organization, your job is to encourage the participants to do so.
