51. FOAMCORE REFLECTOR
WHITE FOAMCORE HAS been used by photographers for ages. It is versatile, lightweight, and produces a high-quality reflection. I think every photographer should have three or four foamcore reflectors in various sizes.
These reflectors don’t fold down as small as collapsible reflectors for travel, but foamcore reflectors are great for the studio, and they are relatively inexpensive. I used foamcore reflectors to create many of the images in this book, including Figures 51.2 and 51.3.
