I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
LCD Brightness
At the heart of image review is the LCD screen located on the back of your camera. The last several generations of cameras have seen a welcome increase in both resolution and quality to these screens. One of the more important LCD advancements for night photographers is the capability of changing the screen brightness.
By and large, the most common use of the camera is under well-illuminated situations, such as direct sun, overcast days, well-lit rooms, studios, or even sunrises and sunsets. The brighter level of illumination in these scenes make seeing your image on the back of the camera very difficult. For this reason, the camera defaults to a very bright LCD.
