This second edition of The NTL Handbook of Organization Development and Change has been in development for more than a year. The original edition was published in 2006. There have been significant changes in organizations, society, and the world in the past seven years. The field of organization development has changed as well. The field reflects the current state of turbulence, uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity of organizations and the world.
