So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I wrote this book for the leaders, teams, and organizations trying to make OKRs work in the real world. Not as a slogan, a quarterly ritual or a framework that looks good in boardroom presentations but as a practical way to create focus, alignment, accountability and better execution.
