Screw-up#13We Didn't Do Enough Testing
As much as I enjoyed my elementary school years, there were few greater joys than the fire drill. The alarm invariably went off right in the middle of a very boring subject, and all the kids first let out a gleeful "oooooohhhhhh," walked (remember, never run) to the coat racks to get our coats, then headed outside in single file out to the playground. The teachers then took roll call to make sure everyone was accounted for. Then, after all was clear, we all walked back into the classroom, hung up our coats, and took our seats only to find out that we now had to complete the boring topic for homework....
