One of my favorite aspects of managing a project is doing the training. After dealing with all the details of the project and the mucky issues, I get to see the finished product in motion. I get to see excitement in my customers as they experience how the product is going to make their jobs easier. It's the part of the project where I start feeling really good about what has been developed and how it is going to be good for the customers. I just love it when it's done right.
