It's easy to run apps in Windows 11. All you have to do is install them and then click or tap their shortcuts. However, some apps can cause problems. For example, your Windows 11 PC or device may become sluggish because lots of apps are starting automatically when you log into Windows. Some apps may crash or become unresponsive for no good reason. To help you manage this complexity, Windows 11 includes Task Manager, which makes it easy to see which apps and processes are running and to close those that are no longer responding to your commands. You can use Task Manager also to keep an eye on performance and identify the apps that eat up the most of your processor or network traffic, for example.
