I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Multiple Files for Multiple Environments
Unlike vector graphics, you need to worry about artifacts when Images are scaled to anything other than their natural size, especially when they are scaled upward. Even if you never scale Image elements yourself, there are still cases when Windows automatically scales all content in Windows Store and universal apps. Windows uses one of three specific scale factors to make things more manageable for apps:
180% (80% larger) on a screen with at least a Wide Quad High Definition (WQHD) resolution (2560x1440 pixels) and at least 240 DPI
140% (40% larger) on a screen with at least a Full HD resolution (1920x1080 ...
