自己的看法。优秀团队协作的重点在于需要识别出各个团队成员的个人目标，并重
视每一位团队成员的观点。同样的，每位团队成员都需要对项目的核心目标达成共识，
这样我们就能基于团队共识产出一个完整的项目框架，并依此来进行项目关键性决
策（见表

）。
