揭示创新合理性的模型
在创新阶段，团队通常在了解用户面临的问题及设计可能解决方案的这些方面需要
获得一定的指引。创新型项目团队需要能够传达用户需求、痛点、用户目标、环境
和影响因素的模型。
在创新阶段，团队需要模型来提供构建目标的合理性。如果用户模型表明用户需要
了解咖啡馆的位置，则该需求为团队提供了解决这一问题的理由。
提供实施指导原则的模型
在项目实施中，团队需要的不是理解合理与否，而是有助于构建解决方案的指导原
则。团队除了要了解用户的需求、痛点和用户目标外，还需要了解关于如何设计界
面和传达消息的指导原则。合理的解决方案告诉团队用户需要一种查找商店的方法，
而指导原则会指明团队应当构建对移动设备友好的商店定位器，因为用户主要是在
手机上查看这种信息的。
比较合理性和指导原则
到目前为止，我们已经将用户属性划分为任务、上下文、影响因素和用户目标。当你
展示合理性或指导原则时，这四种类型的用户属性看起来有所不同（见表
