Abstract

To get a comprehensive understanding of the adsorption of macromolecules onto ion-exchange adsorbent, the single component ion-exchange adsorptions of serum albumin and hemoglobin onto Q Sepharose FF were investigated with both adsorption equilibrium experiments and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.
