I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
It Takes More Than a Computer
Many people today buy a computer thinking that all of their problems are solved, only to find that the computer offers little or no help at all. Perhaps more computer buyers should be taught that the computer by itself is useless. As a programmer, it is incumbent upon you to teach others that a computer is useless but a computer information system is useful. It is a computer information system that most people need when they purchase a computer, but it is just a computer that they usually end up with.
