I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One programming element that has come into existence recently is exception handling Exception handling did not exist before C++ came on the scene, and Java is one of the best languages at handling exceptions that exists today.
Have you heard of the phrase management by exception? This MBE management style is designed for employees who need little supervision to complete their jobs. Generally, the employees who work best under MBE are those who fall into one of the following categories: self-starters, owners, star performers, and quick learners. Instead of wasting time managing these kinds of employees, a manager can spend time managing other parts of the business that need more than routine attention.
