Your income is based on results, so you can’t afford to take a laissez faire approach to business. The more hours everyone within your organization works, and the more productively they work those hours, the more you—and they—will earn. By monitoring team performance weekly you’ll be positioned to take the appropriate action at the appropriate time to maximize everyone’s income.
