So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Be a Proactive Leader
Always be in a position to influence results.
Your income is based on results, so you can’t afford to take a laissez faire approach to business. The more hours everyone within your organization works, and the more productively they work those hours, the more you—and they—will earn. By monitoring team performance weekly you’ll be positioned to take the appropriate action at the appropriate time to maximize everyone’s income.
Think of it as “no surprises” leadership. When you know what’s happening you’ll know where your attention is needed.
