So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Are You Getting Better?
Becoming agile is a journey that will not end. Use continuous improvement as your “GPS.” Reflections and resultant improvement actions need to be baked into your thinking and behavior. There are no perfect agile teams, but agile teams are teams that keep getting better.
