I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Who Are We?
As with adopting agile, learning how to coach effectively requires years of experience and continuous improvement. Both Scott and I became agile coaches and have spent many hours discovering how to help teams get better. Just like agile adoption, coaching is a journey. Scott’s years as an instructor pilot in the Air Force trained him to communicate techniques effectively, often requiring him to find different ways to communicate the same principle to people who learned and understood things differently.
