In enterprise application software projects, whole teams can consist of engineers from around the globe and from different cultures. Whole teams can work when team sizes are larger than the recommended 7 to 10 engineers. However, it should be no surprise that all the same principles still apply: These types of teams need to start a project together, plan their work together, and get to “Done!” each iteration together.
