The vice president of a  rm that enjoys market monopoly is concerned about the entry of a mul-
tinational  rm in the market. He wants to analyse the brand loyalty for the  rm’s products. The
 rm has randomly selected 10 customers and obtained their scores on a brand-loyalty measuring
questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of 10 questions with each question rated on a one to
seven rating scale. The scores obtained by ten different customers for  ve different products are
arranged in a randomized block design as shown in Table 12.22:
