I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

All the applications that fall into the low business value and low technical value can be marked for retirement. These are typically applications that have either lost relevance in a different business environment or had new functionality implemented.
These applications are marked by low usage and come with a very low business risk. One can also identify such applications by aggregating the tickets against these applications and usage volumes. Applications with low usage and lower numbers of tickets are typically candidates for decommissioning.
