Objective: to illustrate what it takes to make a situation a win-win situation (although we won’t call it a win-win just yet)

The following pages are each to be printed and given to two halves of a group confidentially. This is a really fun exercise for an executive team but works at any level in an organization, including the entry level.1

The groups should be separated and given about ten minutes to discuss the questions they hope to have answered by the other team.
