operation occurs at supply levels of between 3 to 15 volts, the LM10 can still be use-
ful in very-low-voltage applications (1- to 3-volt supplies). Actually, the minimum oper-
ating voltage for the buffered reference cell over a –55°C to +85°C range is 1 volt at 1
mA (or 0.9 volt at 100 µA at 60°C). At 1.2 volts and higher, the reference amplifier can
