Using CMOS linear arrays to create current sources
The circuit shown uses the ALD-1107, a monolithic matched P-channel quad transis-
tor array, and as a result good performance can be achieved. Remember too that
because the devices all share the same substrate, there will be excellent thermal
matching. This quad transistor device is available in either a 14-pin DIP or a 14-pin SO
surface-mount package.
