Client Settings

Remote Control settings for the client are under Administration\Client Settings in the ConfigMgr console. By default, these are not enabled:

In order to enable the usage of Remote Control by users, the following settings need to be present on the console:

Enable Remote Control on clients: Yes. Additionally, it needs to be specified on which firewall the profile settings will work.
Allow Remote Control of an unattended computer: Yes. This option enables logging in to a computer that is locked or has no one logged in to it.
