are subjective and may be prone to bias. Finally, results criteria refer to
the impact of the training on an organization or agency sponsoring the
training. These types of criteria might include measures of productiv-
ity, cost–benet ratios, improved safety, and other benets to an organi-
zation such as changes in quality ratings or customer satisfaction. The
results of these assessments are often difcult to interpret as they are
