Web-based service like Gmail or Yahoo mail) that prevent the deliv-
ery or proper display of your e-mail there.
All of this blocking and filtering is the Internet software industry’s
attempt to reduce unwanted e-mail spam. Unfortunately, all these hur-
dles mean that only 75 percent of the e-mail that is sent is generally
received by the intended recipients—even if the e-mail is legitimate and
has been requested by the subscriber.
