All of the Launching Phase discussion for the Linear SDPM strategy situation applies to the Incremental SDPM strategy and will not be repeated here (you can read more about the Launching Phase for a Linear SDPM strategy in Part II). Incremental SDPM strategy projects follow the same procedures as by-the-book projects, except they repeat those procedures several times over the life of the project. Within a single repetition, all of the launching activities done in the Linear SDPM strategy are done in the Incremental SDPM strategy.
