Much has been written about sales processes. In this chapter I
will present an overview of the NLP approach to sales, which
aims at keeping the sales process simple and memorable.
The four legs of NLP
The four legs of NLP provide an excellent foundation upon
which to build a sales process. A successful sales process will
ensure that these four legs are in place at every stage. Just like
a table, if you remove one of the legs then the whole process
becomes unstable.
Leg 1: Have a well-formed outcome. A sales process without
