I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the simplest and most obvious ways to demonstrate you are a caring individual is to give everyone you work with a gift. Not a physical one. Not something you pay money for. But a precious offering to make each colleague feel special. And it’s free! The gift is “locking eyes” with everyone you’re talking to.
We often withhold eye contact from people who bore us or rub us the wrong way. Lack of eye contact can signal antipathy, aversion, animosity, or fear. People often shield their eyes or look away from terrifying scenes in a movie, but we instinctively look into the eyes of those we respect, admire, and appreciate.
