To start, we’d like to thank Linda Mui, our editor at O’Reilly. Linda first met with David and Brian way back in 1996, and she refined and steered several concepts into the book you hold today. Linda also helped keep our wandering gang of first-time book authors moving in a coherent direction and on a progressing (if not rapid) timeline.
