3. Stop the DB2 administrative server by entering the following commands:
#su - dasusr1
#db2admin stop
#exit
4. Mount CD 5-7 and run the script file installFixPack from the directory
media/cdrom/db2fp/Linux/.
5. Check for a status of Success for the filesets being installed.
6. Start the DB2 instance server by entering the following commands:
#su - db2inst1
#db2start
You should get the message: SQL1063N DB2START processing was
successful.
On the DB2 client machine
1. Log in as the root user and start a terminal session.
2. Mount CD 5-7 and run the script file installFixPack from the directory
/media/cdrom/db2fp/Linux/.
3. Check for a status of Success for the filesets being installed.
