5. This process will take a while to complete. The node is successfully added to
the cell when you see the message Node <node_name> has been successful
federated.
7.5 Creating the cluster
This section provides instructions on how to create a cluster and include
members into a WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment cell.
This example describes how to create a cluster using horizontal scaling; the
WebSphere_Portal application existing on Portal01 machine will be the clone
template which will be used to create a new cluster member on the Portal02
node.
