One of the big advantages of DDD is that it doesn’t require the use of any specific architecture. Since our carefully crafted Core Domain (2) resides at the heart of a Bounded Context (2), it enables one or more architectural influences to play a role in the entire application or system.1 Some architectural influences surround the domain model and have a broad overall effect, while others address specific demands. The goal is to use just the right choices and combinations of architecture and architecture patterns.
