I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Wi-Fi alliance is a non-profit standard body that was constructed to address the gaps of wireless interoperability in the mid-90s. With the advent of 802.11b, an industry-wide consortium was formed to build an effective governance body. The alliance controls the Wi-Fi certification process and the associated logo and trademark for devices that meet their standard. There are 19 working areas and focus groups, such as 802.11ax, security, and the IoT.
