So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Activities, Layouts, and Intents
The primary structural components for an Android app are Activities and Layouts. These objects work together to present a display that the user can interact with. Intents are objects that are used to switch between activities in an app. All three objects are used as the basis for the structure of your app. Understanding the role and responsibilities of these objects is very important to effective development of an Android app.
