I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
The agile manager role is one that fills a void on agile projects, because most agile methodologies do not clearly define a role for project managers. The role of the agile manager is to lead the delivery of business value by establishing APM principles and practices and by embodying APM values. However, this management is shared between the agile manager, technical coach, customer, and other team members. The agile manager's role and responsibilities require a strong commitment to personal values, and a balance between leadership and management skills. As agents of continual change, agile managers should aspire to be transformational leaders.
